Acupressure and Nasal Disease Control

Acupuncture point application therapy: A non-invasive painful acupuncture point therapy based on the theory of meridians in Chinese medicine, in which the drug is finely ground and mixed into a paste with ginger juice, honey and other liquids and applied directly to certain acupuncture points of the body to treat diseases. According to the theory of Chinese medicine related to internal organs and meridians, acupuncture points are closely related to internal organs through meridians, which not only reflect the physiological or pathological functions of internal organs, but also are effective stimulation points for treating diseases of internal organs. The use of acupuncture point application therapy, stimulating and acting on the corresponding skin of acupuncture points on the body surface, through the conduction and adjustment of meridians, correcting the bias of yin and yang of the internal organs, improving the operation of the meridians and qi and blood, producing good therapeutic and apoptotic effects on the physiological functions and pathological states of the five organs and six internal organs, so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the surface with the skin, restoring toxicity with the surface, using the meridians to pass through the organs, using the acupuncture points to drive away the evil, and supporting and strengthening the body. Acupuncture point application therapy is the organic combination of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and drug therapy, in essence, is a composite treatment method integrating meridians, acupuncture points and drugs, rather than just a single factor in action, both the stimulating effect of drugs on acupuncture points and the role of the drugs themselves, and in general is often the mutual influence, interaction and complementarity between several therapeutic factors, playing a joint overall superimposed therapeutic effect. First of all, the warm stimulation of the drug adjusts the local qi and blood, and the warm stimulation with the external application of the drug inevitably increases the efficacy of the drug, and the pungent Chinese medicine is particularly easy to absorb in a warm environment, thus enhancing the effect of the drug. The external application of drugs on the acupuncture points stimulates the acupuncture points themselves, stimulates the meridian qi, mobilizes the function of the meridians, and enables them to better play the overall role of moving qi and blood, and nurturing yin and yang. Acupuncture point application therapy has the following characteristics: 1, through the direct stimulation of the drug acupuncture points, and through transdermal absorption, so that the local drug concentration is significantly higher than other parts, the effect is more direct. Even if skin allergy or blister occurs during clinical application, the treatment can be suspended in time and symptomatic treatment can be given, and the symptoms will disappear soon. 3.Patching therapy integrates the strengths of acupuncture and drug treatment, and the composition of the prescriptions used is mostly from clinical experience, which is effective and simple to operate, and is welcomed by the majority of patients. Prevention and treatment of rhinological diseases Chronic rhinitis, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis are common and frequent diseases of ENT. Despite the different clinical treatment methods, the recurrent attacks of rhinitis and the postoperative recurrence of nasal diseases such as nasal polyps plague the majority of rhinopathy patients. According to Chinese medicine, the internal causes of recurrent rhinitis are related to the deficiency of the three organs of the lungs, spleen and kidneys, and the external causes are related to the feeling of wind and cold evil. Acupuncture point compress therapy has the effect of dispelling wind and cold, benefiting qi and fixing the surface, and promoting the nasal orifice, adjusting the immune function and internal balance of the body, effectively reducing the number of attacks of cold and rhinitis, alleviating the symptoms of nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing, and significantly improving the patient’s ability to resist disease, so as to achieve the purpose of the root of the cure. The acupressure therapy has two courses of treatment a year, three nines in winter and three volts in summer, and generally should be adhered to for 2 to 3 years.
