The US Food and Drug Administration does not approve any medications specifically for antisocial personality disorder. But in actual treatment, doctors sometimes prescribe medications such as mood stabilisers for psychosis, or medications for symptoms of anxiety or depression.
However, informed consent is needed from the patient and to prevent the misuse of medication.
