Breast cancer has gradually become the number one malignant tumor in women, which is a serious threat to women’s health. Among the high risk factors of breast cancer, dietary factors have considerable significance, therefore, in order to prevent breast cancer, it is necessary to reduce the intake of three high foods (high fat, high salt and high calorie). However, for breast cancer patients, after surgery and radiotherapy, they enter a long treatment relative blank area. We suggest that at this time, we should make a reasonable combination of diet to achieve the auxiliary therapeutic effect of cancer prevention and anti-cancer. First of all, we need to advocate healthy diet: 1. edible mushrooms: silver fungus, black fungus, shiitake mushroom, monkey head mushroom and poria are natural biological response regulators, which can enhance human immunity and increase resistance; 2. seafood: yellow fish, snapper, scallop, squid, octopus, sea cucumber, loach, oyster, kelp and sea artemisia, etc. are rich in trace elements and have cancer suppressing effect; 3. fruits: grapes, kiwi, lemon, strawberry, citrus, tangerine, etc. Lemons, strawberries, oranges, figs, etc., contain a lot of vitamins and substances that prevent the synthesis of carcinogenic substances nitrosamines; 4, vegetables: tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, pumpkin, garlic, spring onions, asparagus, cucumbers, loofahs and some green vegetables; 5, the fifth category: milk and its products and a variety of miscellaneous grains, which can accelerate metabolism and contain a large number of antioxidants, which can achieve the purpose of anti-cancer. It should be added that during radiotherapy, the diet should also be careful. When radiotherapy is given, sweet and cool nourishing food should be eaten, such as loquat, white fruit, pear, umeboshi, lotus root, olive, etc. During chemotherapy, foods that are good for the stomach and blood should be given, such as fresh ginger juice, sugar cane juice, fresh juice, tomato juice, lingzhi, black fungus, etc. Secondly, some foods are best to be avoided for breast cancer patients, such as foods with more sugar, more salt, too stimulating, smoked, burned, baked and pickled foods, etc. In conclusion, the reasonable combination of food is of great importance for post-surgical breast cancer patients, and it can be used as another means of treatment besides the basic treatment of breast cancer without any side effects.
