As we all know, breast cancer is a systemic disease, which is related to genetics, environmental pollution, hormone disorder in the body, bad living habits and psychological stress. It originates from the cells in our own body, and the above-mentioned factors cause the malfunction of environmental regulation and misconduct of information transmission in our body, which eventually leads to the occurrence of breast cancer. Breast cancer may have systemic micro metastasis in early stage. Western medicine has its advantages in treating breast cancer, but it often kills cancer cells and damages normal human cells at the same time, resulting in a heavy price to pay. According to Chinese medicine, the etiology of breast cancer is mainly due to deficiency of positive energy and deficiency of both qi and blood. Metastasis is the body’s desire to expel cancer cells. If the patient’s positive energy is insufficient, although the body loosens and sheds the cancer cells, it is unable to expel them from the body, and the cancer cells metastasize to other places and form metastatic cancer. Therefore, Chinese medicine focuses on strengthening the body’s positive energy to transform the disease in the direction of recovery, as the saying goes, “support positive energy to dispel evil”.
