The appendix is the junction between the end of the ileum and the large intestine, and most appendicitis is the result of inflammatory irritation at this location, resulting in abdominal pain, mostly in the right lower abdomen, similar to the appendix, which is the outer and middle third of the line between the umbilicus and the anterior superior iliac spine. Appendicitis mostly presents with diarrhea, mucopurulent stools or abdominal pain, some of which is paroxysmal. Appendicitis can be aggravated by eating spicy and irritating foods, fried and greasy foods, or inflammatory infections caused by cold and flu. Therefore, appendicitis needs to be further diagnosed by improving colonoscopy, routine stool examination and routine blood test, not to eat stimulating and spicy food, and if there is fever, anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment should be given.
