Does pus in the glans necessarily mean gonorrhoea?

It is not. The causes of pus in the glans are complex and varied. Evidence of various diseases should be collected in as much detail as possible, analysed comprehensively, differential diagnosis made and a near correct diagnosis made afterwards.
