I. Purpose
To ensure the safe and rational use of air conditioning ventilation systems in office premises and public places during the New Crown pneumonia epidemic, to prevent the spread and spread of the New Crown pneumonia epidemic due to the opening of air conditioning ventilation systems, and to maximize the protection of users, this guideline has been developed.
Second, the operational requirements
(a) When the air conditioning and ventilation system is an all-air system, the return air valve should be closed and the all-fresh air mode of operation should be used.
(B) when the air conditioning and ventilation system for the fan coil plus fresh air system, the following conditions should be met: 1.
1. should ensure that the fresh air taken directly from the outdoors, prohibit the wind from the engine room, the building and the ceiling ceiling.
2. to ensure the normal operation of the exhaust system.
3. for the large depth of the room, measures should be taken to ensure that the ventilation of the internal area.
4. The new air system should run all day.
(C) when the air conditioning and ventilation system for the fan coil system without fresh air (similar to the home split type air conditioning), should open the door or window to enhance air circulation.
Third, the management requirements
(A) the new style air outlet and its surrounding environment must be clean to ensure that the new air is not contaminated.
(B) for the flow of people in shopping malls, office buildings and other places, regardless of the use of air conditioning system to run or not, should ensure comprehensive indoor ventilation; and, after work every day, the new air and exhaust system should continue to run for 1 hour, comprehensive ventilation to ensure that the indoor air is fresh.
(C) crowded places should increase ventilation by opening doors or windows, while staff should wear masks.
(d) It is recommended to turn off the humidification function of the air conditioning ventilation system.
(e) Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of the condensate tray and cooling water of fan coils.
(F) downpipes, air-handling device water seals, bathroom floor drains and condensate drains of air-conditioning units and other U-shaped pipes should be checked regularly, and timely replenishment when water is lacking to avoid mixing of air between different floors.
(G) when the following conditions should stop using the air conditioning ventilation system.
1. suspected, confirmed cases of pneumonia with new coronavirus infection are found.
2. The type of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system, the scope of air supply is not clear.
(H) the cleaning and disinfection of air-conditioning ventilation system should meet the following requirements.
1. The routine cleaning and disinfection of air-conditioning ventilation systems should comply with the requirements of the “Specification for Cleaning and Disinfection of Centralized Air-conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Places” (WS/T396-2012). 250mg/L~500mg/L chlorine (bromine) or chlorine dioxide disinfectant solution can be used for spraying, soaking or wiping for 10min~30min. For metal parts that need to be disinfected, it is recommended to give preference to quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants.
2. When confirmed and suspected cases of new crown pneumonia are found, the air conditioning ventilation system should be disinfected and cleaned under the guidance of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and should be re-opened only after passing the hygienic evaluation.
