Diabetes mellitus disappearance syndrome here should refer to houssay syndrome, the clinical manifestations are prone to hypoglycemic reactions, such as hunger, panic, hand tremor, excessive sweating; and adenopituitary hormone lack of manifestations, such as poor nausea, lethargy, constipation, fear of cold and less sweating, loss of libido, loss of hair, low blood sodium, anemia, and so on. Diabetes mellitus disappearance syndrome is based on the original diabetes mellitus due to various reasons such as pituitary tumors, inflammation, ischemia and other causes of adenopituitary hypoplasia, resulting in insufficient secretion of adenopituitary hormones, and then gonadal, thyroid and adrenocortical insufficiencies, so that the levels of hormones such as thyroxine, adrenocorticotropin and other hormones decline. Decreased levels of glucagon hormones such as thyroid hormone and adrenocorticotropic hormone predispose to hypoglycemic reactions, such as hunger pangs, panic attacks, hand tremors, excessive sweating and other manifestations. Insufficient pituitary hormones such as thyroid stimulating hormone, adrenocorticotropic hormone and gonadotropin, there may be poor appetite, drowsiness, constipation, fear of cold and less sweating, loss of libido, hair loss, anemia and so on. Diabetic patients with the above manifestations should go to the hospital and be treated under the guidance of the doctor.
