Staging of pneumoconiosis combined with tuberculosis

The staging of pneumoconiosis combined with tuberculosis mainly refers to the staging of pneumoconiosis as well as the staging of tuberculosis. The staging of pneumoconiosis is based on the overall density of small shadows on X-ray chest radiographs, the extent of the lung area in which the small shadows are distributed, the presence or absence of aggregation of small shadows, large shadows, pleural spots, etc. The diagnosis of pneumoconiosis is divided into stage I, II and III. And the staging of pneumoconiosis is predicated on the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis, based on a reliable history of productive dust exposure, with posterior anterior chest radiograph performance of acceptable technical quality as the main basis. The diagnosis of pneumoconiosis is made by combining occupational hygiene in the workplace, epidemiological survey data and occupational health surveillance data, with reference to clinical manifestations and laboratory tests, and after excluding other similar lung diseases, against the pneumoconiosis diagnostic standard film. Pulmonary tuberculosis can be divided into the following three stages according to its activity: 1. progressive stage: newly detected active pulmonary tuberculosis, with more and larger lesions, cavities or cavity enlargement, positive sputum test and increased clinical symptoms such as fever is the progressive stage; 2. improving stage: lesion absorption improves, cavities shrink or disappear, sputum bacteria turn negative and clinical symptoms improve is the improving stage; 3. 3.Stable period: the cavity disappears, the lesion is stable, the sputum bacteria continues to turn negative for more than six months or the cavity still exists, the sputum bacteria continuously turns negative for more than one year is regarded as stable period.
