Pneumonia caused by cerebral hemorrhage is more commonly known as pneumonic pneumonia or aspiration pneumonia. Patients with long-term cerebral hemorrhage who are bedridden often develop pneumonic pneumonia, which requires timely turning and patting of the patient’s back, a treatment course of about 2 weeks, and appropriate adjustment of medication according to the patient’s condition, and alveolar lavage if necessary. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage may also develop secondary infections, such as bronchopneumonia or lobar pneumonia, fungal pneumonia, etc. induced by acute upper respiratory tract infections, which need to be clarified by sputum culture and drug sensitivity tests, and if necessary, appropriate broad-spectrum antibiotics should be applied for the treatment course.
