For those who cannot be examined on time, please inform the center in advance so that other personnel can be arranged for examination in time. 2.The receiving physician introduces the patient’s rights and privacy protection and other relevant legal regulations to the patient or family. 3.History taking: ask and record the patient’s medical history, diagnosis and treatment, imaging (all examination reports, films, CT, MRI or ultrasound) examination data, etc. Ask about any history of diabetes and perform blood glucose measurement; and introduce to the patient the approximate time needed for the examination and any special circumstances that may occur; for those who need special examination of chest CT and coronary imaging, train their ability to control breathing. 4.Payment at the charge office. 5.Intravenous injection of drugs: Different imaging agents are used according to the purpose of the examination. After injection, please rest quietly, do not talk to others and avoid tense body position. The waiting time after injection is different for different examination items (basically, it takes more than 40 minutes). 6.Empty urine before PET/CT examination (for tumor screening) to avoid urine contamination of body surface and clothes. 7.Drink water before the examination according to the doctor’s prescription. Remove metal objects from the body surface (such as belts, keys, necklaces, hand ornaments, coins, etc.) before getting on the examination bed. 8.During the PET/CT examination of the body, both arms need to be raised, and the examination time is usually about 20 minutes; for the brain examination, both arms do not need to be raised, and the examination time is usually about 10 minutes. Usually, family members are not allowed to enter the scanning room during the scanning process. 9.For myocardial perfusion imaging and myocardial metabolic imaging, and cardiac coronary angiography, heart rate control is required before the examination, and medication should be taken if necessary; and sign the informed consent form. 10.After the examination, the doctor on duty will observe whether the image quality meets the requirements and notify the patient to leave after approval; according to the condition, some patients may need delayed imaging or CT-enhanced scanning, and sign the informed consent form before CT-enhanced examination. 11.In general, the report is taken on the next day. If you have any questions about the diagnostic report, you can ask the physician who issued the report. 12.Although PET/CT is a high-tech test, the total diagnostic accuracy is about 95%, but there are still false positives and false negatives.
