From January 2004 to June 2006, we used homemade coronary heart drink to assist in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris in 50 cases, the efficacy of which is satisfactory, and is now reported as follows: 1. General information: 90 cases of coronary angina pectoris patients, the patients’ clinical symptoms, signs and electrocardiograms are in line with the “Internal Medicine”, the 6th edition of the diagnosis of coronary angina pectoris and the classification criteria . Among them, 57 cases were male and 33 cases were female, aged 45-77 years old, average age 64 years old, 45 cases of stable angina pectoris and 45 cases of unstable angina pectoris. The patients were randomly divided into 50 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group. Their general information was comparable. 2. Treatment: control group: during acute attack, give nitroglycerin 0.5mg, sublingualization, if necessary, slow intravenous drip nitroglycerin, in remission, give long-acting cardiac pain 30mg, 2 times / d. At the same time, give oxygen, anticoagulation and β-blocker and other treatments. During the acute attack period, 24h ECG monitoring was performed. Treatment group: on the basis of this treatment, with homemade traditional Chinese medicine coronary heart drink plus reduction treatment. Basic formula: Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng 30g each, Ophiopogonis, Curcuma longa, Citrus aurantium, Poria 15g each, Bamboo Roots 10g, Semen Heterophyllum 9g, Glycyrrhiza glabra 6g, Add and subtract: add Astragali if there is obvious Qi deficiency, Panax ginseng if there is obvious cardiac pain, Schizandra, Fructus schisandrae, Cuscuta odorata, Mother of Pearl, Hawthorn, Shouwu if there is hypertension, Epimedium and Sambucus if there is renal deficiency. Daily 1 dose, water decoction. Both groups are 2 weeks for a course of treatment, after 2 courses of medication for therapeutic observation, the treatment group showed significant effect. 3. Efficacy standard: obvious effect: angina attacks disappeared or basically disappeared or the number of attacks decreased by more than 80%, or the dosage of nitroglycerin tablets decreased by 80%, 26 cases. Effective: the number of angina attacks decreased by more than 50% and the dosage of nitroglycerin tablets decreased by 50%, 21 cases. Ineffective: the number of angina episodes was reduced by <50%, or the dosage of nitroglycerin tablets was reduced by <50%, 3 cases. 4. Results: Among 50 cases in the treatment group, there were 26 cases with obvious effect and 21 cases with effective effect; among 40 cases in the control group, there were 17 cases with obvious effect, 15 cases with effective effect and 8 cases with ineffective effect. The total effective rate of the two groups were 94.0% and 80.0% respectively. p<0.05. 5. Discussion: Modern medicine believes that coronary angina is caused by coronary artery atherosclerosis, stenosis, spasm, endothelial damage, platelet activation, aggregation enhancement, blood viscosity increase, slowing down of the blood flow, which results in ischemia and hypoxia, and angina attack, and there is a close relationship between the development of angina pectoris and the increase of blood viscosity. This disease belongs to the category of "chest paralysis" and "heart pain" in Chinese medicine. Its pathogenesis is characterized by this deficiency. Deficiency of heart qi and yin is the root cause, and phlegm and blood stasis are the symptoms. Deficiency of qi, yin, phlegm and blood stasis constitute the main links in the pathogenesis of chest paralysis. In the formula of Chinese medicine coronary heart drink, Salvia miltiorrhiza activates blood circulation and blood stasis, modern pharmacological research in Salvia miltiorrhiza water-soluble constituent danshenin, fat-soluble constituent tanshinone, has good slow calcium channel blocking effect, can dilate the coronary arteries, reduce the vascular resistance, and increase the blood supply of coronary arteries; inhibit the platelet aggregation, prolong the time of thrombus formation, and prolong the time of thromboplastin; promote the degradation of fibrin, and enhance the activity of fibrinolysis; enhance the deformation of erythrocytes, reduce erythrocyte rupture, and resist the breakage of erythrocytes. It can reduce the rupture of red blood cells, resist platelet aggregation, reduce blood viscosity, improve blood rheology and myocardial metabolism; Dangshen replenishes qi and strengthens qi; Maitong benefits qi and nourishes yin; Bamboo Roots, Semen Xie, Poria, Hovenia Hortenshell broadens the chest and removes phlegm to relieve qi and organize the qi mechanism; Jianghuang disperses cold and relieves pain. The combination of all the drugs together, the total performance of replenishment of qi to support positive, phlegm through the stasis of the work.
