Should I choose positive pressure ventilation treatment or surgical treatment?

Patient Question: Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome with severe hypoxia. Chronic snoring, daytime fatigue, memory and hearing loss, palpitations and palpitations. Which treatment plan is the best: 1) positive pressure ventilation treatment; 2) soft tissue decompression treatment; 3) bone framework reconstruction treatment; 4) palatopharyngoplasty treatment; 5) plasma radiofrequency treatment? Doctor’s reply: The overall treatment principle is conservative before surgery. Braces (oral orthodontic appliances, if there is no obvious periodontitis or TMJ disease) can be used first, which is a simple treatment. If surgery is needed, the location of upper airway obstruction also needs to be clarified, and AG obstruction localization monitoring can be done.
