The symptoms of recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer are as follows: 1. Local recurrence: mainly manifested as the reappearance of cancer mass around the original affected breast, including enlarged local skin or affected axillary and clavicular lymph nodes after breast-conserving surgery, total excision; 2. Distant metastasis: mainly depends on the metastasis site, without specific symptoms, mainly manifested as pain and dysfunction of the metastasis site. For example, patients with lung metastasis will have cough, patients with bone metastasis will have bone pain, while patients with liver metastasis will have loss of appetite, indigestion, or even jaundice. Distant metastases usually occur late, and patients are advised to review regularly after surgery to improve their prognosis.
