Male, 22 years old. Bilateral acetabular dysplasia. After prolonged walking, pain developed in the right hip. After undergoing periacetabular osteotomy, the acetabular coverage of the femoral head was near normal. Before bilateral acetabular dysplasia surgery, the right hip was subluxated with a CE angle of negative 12 degrees and 0 degrees on the left side After periacetabular osteotomy, the right acetabulum had satisfactory coverage of the femoral head with a CE angle of positive 22 degrees, which was close to normal. Six months after the osteotomy, the osteotomy had healed and the patient returned to function, and the hip pain disappeared.
