What is the hip joint’s worst fear?

Clinically, there is no such thing as the “most feared movement of the hip”. For the hip joint, it is not suitable to do excessive external rotation, abduction movements, as well as strong adduction movements, which are easy to lead to hip joint injury. For patients who have already suffered hip injuries, they should go to a regular hospital in time for regular treatment.
The hip joint is at the junction of the torso and the lower limbs of the human body, which is commonly known as the “thigh root” or “crotch”. The main function is to transfer the power from the trunk to the lower limbs, and to maintain normal walking function through hip joint activities. There are a lot of muscles attached around the hip joint, which makes the hip joint have the functions of hip flexion, hip extension, external rotation, internal rotation and so on.
Hip joint is also an injury prone area, prone to ischemic necrosis of the femoral head, hip pain and activity limitation. Excessive external rotation and abduction movements of the hip joint, as well as strong internal retraction movements, may cause the hip joint to suffer from unbalanced localized pressure, which may result in injury. Therefore, avoid doing unreasonable hip exercises.
Hip joint is very important for life and sports function, when the pain and discomfort need to go to the hospital in time.
