Amblyopia should be treated aggressively before school age (before 5 years). The younger the age, the better the treatment effect, and the treatment is ineffective in adulthood. 1.Optometry and prescription: dilated eye examinations, wearing the accurate degree of glasses. 2, correction of strabismus: correction of strabismus, promotion of binocular monocularity, and improvement of amblyopia are the most basic methods of treatment of amblyopia. 3, vision enhancement therapy: the following therapies are commonly used: (1) masking therapy After wearing corrective glasses in both eyes, mask the eye with good vision to force the amblyopic eye to see, so that it can exercise and improve vision. During the masking period, the visual acuity of the healthy eye should be observed, so that its visual acuity is not diminished, so the healthy eye should be opened for a few days to prevent the occurrence of masking amblyopia in the healthy eye. This method is effective for those with central concave gaze. (2) Red filter film Put 620nm~700nm wavelength red filter film on the spectacle lens of paracentral gaze eye, and put it on 2h~3h per day, while the good eye is still covered. The red light can promote the cone cells to be active, so that the paracentral concave gaze can be spontaneously changed into central concave gaze. (3) posterior image therapy This therapy has a tenth effect on the transformation of paracentral concave gaze into central concave gaze. (4) Grating stimulation therapy The child is instructed to wear corrective glasses, cover the good eye, turn on the power to make the grating rotate, and the child uses colored pencils to repeat the tracing on the glass plate with patterns, at first once a day, then once every other day, once in 3 d, until once a week, in order to consolidate the therapeutic effect. (5) Optical drug repression therapy. (6) Judgment point training and bead threading training.
