Do prolapsed hemorrhoids have to be operated on?

Prolapsed hemorrhoids do not necessarily have to be operated on, the condition is not serious can be treated through general treatment, injection combined with ligation method. But if the patient appears strangulated hemorrhoids, embedded hemorrhoids necrosis, more than two degrees of internal hemorrhoids, annular mixed hemorrhoids can be considered surgical treatment.
1. strangulated hemorrhoids: due to the hemorrhoid core out of the anus and can not be timely return, then consider surgical treatment.
2. embedded hemorrhoid necrosis: due to the internal hemorrhoid prolapse failed to timely reset, hemorrhoid core outside the anus congestion, edema, and even ischemic necrosis and infection, for this case need to be treated by surgery.
3. more than two degrees of internal hemorrhoids, annular mixed hemorrhoids: by the general treatment, medication and other methods of treatment is ineffective or further aggravation of the disease, then consider surgical treatment.
