A normal lung tumor triad does not completely rule out lung cancer.
Lung tumor triple refers to neuron-specific enolase, squamous epithelial cell carcinoma antigen and cytokeratin 19 fragment, all of which are active substances produced by tumor cells in the process of growth and reproduction.
However, in the early stage, because the tumor is small, the secretion amount is relatively small, and the indexes will not be obviously elevated and remain within the normal range, and even some lung cancer patients will not have elevated tumor markers even after entering the advanced stage.
Therefore, lung tumor triple test can only be used as an auxiliary diagnostic basis, if you want to completely exclude lung cancer, you still need to combine with lung CT, MRI and lung puncture biopsy to confirm the diagnosis effectively.
