A fracture of the little toe is very non-serious. A fracture of the distal end of the little toe is a very minor fracture and the violence suffered will not be significant. Most importantly, even if the fracture does not heal, it will not lead to serious consequences, will not cause physical impairment, and will at most be mildly painful during limb movement. The little toe is a less functional toe, and even in the worst case scenario, where the toe fracture is combined with a severe soft tissue contusion, the eventual amputation of the little toe will not have any effect on the function of the lower extremity. Therefore, a small toe fracture is not serious and can be completely healed with systematic treatment, and after healing it has no effect on the function of the limb.
