     Functional exercise is important to adhere to.  Functional exercise is very simple, but it is not easy to stick to it. At first, I could not understand that patients want a good method, in fact, a good method is a method that can cater to people’s inertia, what they want to do, without effort. This is really the human ideal. But the ideal is ideal, reality is reality, there is no fish and bear’s paw method.  But in turn also suggests that now the downside of functional exercise is that there is no good way for people to stick to it, one person can stick to it is nothing, should let the majority of people can stick to it, only good exercise methods, so we need to use our wisdom to solve the problem.
