Breast cysts are one of the common diseases of the breast, also known as cystic hyperplasia of the breast. Breast cysts occur in about 7-10% of women of childbearing age, and their incidence decreases rapidly after menopause. Breast cysts are neither solid tumors nor inflammatory in nature. Common clinical breast cysts are mainly classified as simple cysts and cumulus cysts. Their treatment methods are as follows: 1. Follow-up observation: when cysts are small, stable and no suspicious signs are detected by ultrasound, they can be observed clinically without any uncomfortable symptoms and no special treatment. The vast majority of them do not need treatment. Choose loose and tight underwear, and relax during sleep. 2.Puncture aspiration: For larger single cysts, ultrasound-guided puncture aspiration of cystic fluid can be considered. Give pressure dressing after aspiration to promote the apposition of the cyst wall. 3.Ultrasound-guided sclerosing agent injection: ultrasound-guided injection of sclerosing agent into the cyst, which can destroy the cyst wall cells, produce sterile inflammation, and make the cyst wall adhere and play a therapeutic role. 4.Oral medication can be taken to relieve pain when pain is obvious. 5.Surgical excision biopsy. Surgical excision is recommended when one of the following conditions is present: (1) repeated attacks of the same cyst within a short period of time; (2) cysts with internal cystic solid mixed echogenicity and cyst puncture fluid is bloody; (3) rich blood supply in the cyst wall tissue or intracapsular compartment; (4) mammography shows cyst wall showing sediment-like calcification. It is important for patients with breast cysts to take care of their daily work life with less anger to keep their mood happy and more exercise.
