Is bronchiectasis of both lungs pneumonia?

Bronchitis of both lungs is not pneumonia, because bronchitis and pneumonia are two different diseases that are identical but not equivalent in terms of symptoms. Both bronchitis and pneumonia can cause symptoms such as coughing, coughing and fever, but there are significant differences between the two. Bronchitis refers to inflammation of the bronchial mucosa and surrounding tissues, which occurs mainly in the bronchi and is divided into acute and chronic bronchitis. The majority of bronchitis refers to acute bronchitis and is caused by viral infections, and is characterized by coarse, increased, disorganized or tree-like texture in both lungs, which is self-limiting. Pneumonia refers to acute inflammation of the lung tissue, including interstitial and parenchymal lesions, which occurs mainly in the lung tissue and can involve the fine bronchi and bronchioles. Pneumonia generally requires aggressive anti-infective therapy.
