Will cervical spondylosis heal slowly on its own?

Cervical spondylosis, also known as cervical spine syndrome, is a general term for cervical osteoarthritis, proliferative cervical spondylitis, cervical nerve root syndrome and cervical disc prolapse, and is a disorder based on degenerative pathological changes. Cervical spondylosis itself does not get better by itself, because it causes muscle pain and changes in cervical spine curvature, and requires a long time to maintain good posture and avoid bad posture, such as working with the head down for a long time and playing with cell phones. By maintaining good posture, you can relieve and improve the feeling of bad symptoms in the neck, but it will not fully recover by itself. Neck muscle pain due to ageing and work can be protected by conscious exercise to relieve pain and delay further development of the disease, but it will not recover well.
