Left hilar neoplastic lesion, patients may have cough, hemoptysis, chest tightness, chest pain and other symptoms, and its related treatments include adjuvant treatment, surgical treatment, anti-tumor comprehensive treatment and so on.
1. Adjuvant treatment: if the lung tumor has localized lesions and other parts of the lungs are not yet abnormal, relevant adjuvant treatments, such as immunotherapy and chemotherapy, can be done if the cause of the disease is clear.
2. Surgery: If the tumor is benign and has not spread to other parts of the lungs, the doctor can decide whether surgery is needed to remove the tumor.
3. Anti-tumor therapy: If the patient is found to have lung tumor at a relatively late stage and cannot be treated by surgery, he/she needs to undergo anti-tumor therapy according to the results of pathological examination, i.e., traditional Chinese medicine, targeted drugs, radiotherapy and other comprehensive treatments to alleviate the disease.
Patients with lung tumors should go to the hospital regularly for routine checkups and adopt appropriate treatment strategies according to the doctor’s advice in order to alleviate and treat the disease.
