Non-healing after fracture can be treated by the following methods: i. Conservative treatment, low intensity pulsed ultrasound can be used to promote fracture re-healing, or external fixation in plaster can be used to enhance the stability of the fracture end and promote healing. Second, surgical treatment, if the stability of the fracture end is poor, re-operation can be performed by using plate screws to refix the fracture end and local bone grafting at the fracture end to promote fracture healing. If the local bone condition is poor, it can be changed to external fixation brace for fixation to avoid local adverse effects on blood circulation and promote smooth fracture repair. Through the above methods, the non-healing fracture can be completely treated, and the patient should also cooperate with rehabilitation training to increase muscle strength and intensity to promote fracture repair.
