Breast cancer 4b is the stage of cancer

There is no concept of grade 4b for breast cancer. Generally, it is the imaging finding of breast lumps and the judgment of malignancy of breast lumps. The possibility of malignancy of lumps with grade 4b is more than 50%, which needs to be combined with the size of lumps and whether they are metastatic for specific judgment. Clinically, when imaging the breast, there is a grading scale used to initially determine the malignancy of the lesion. 4b indicates the presence of a lesion in the breast with a 50% or greater likelihood of malignancy, which requires surgery as soon as possible. If the mass is small, <2 cm and has no metastases, it can be cured by modified radical surgery or breast-conserving surgery. If there are lymph nodes combined with distant metastasis, only chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and targeted therapy can be used to reduce pain and prolong life. Patients should develop good dietary and living habits, minimize barbecue and fried foods, maintain a good attitude, actively cooperate with treatment, follow medical advice on medication, and have regular checkups.
