Care for the spine, care for health

Pain is an innate human experience that runs throughout life. Pain is the most common clinical condition, and at least 50% of patients go to the hospital because of pain. Chronic pain is seriously endangering the health of the general public, and with the improvement of living standards and health awareness, pain is receiving more and more attention and focus. In exploring the mechanistic etiology of pain, the spinal etiology theory is attracting more and more attention from the medical community. Where does aging begin first? Throughout history, there have been many different opinions, some say that the old age starts with the teeth; some say that the old age starts with the legs and feet; some say that the old age starts with the eyes. In fact, the earliest ageing starts from the spine! Modern medical research over the past hundred years has found that when the development of the spinal discs is complete, degenerative changes also began, in other words, the human aging began, this is the consensus of the modern medical community. Some domestic scholars have analyzed 1500 cases of cervical spine X-ray photos of normal people of different ages between 15 and 70 years old, and found that the older the age, the more people with cervical spine osteophytes, however, because the osteophytes have not injured the nerves and blood vessels, so there will not be any uncomfortable performance; at the same time, the study also found that there is no lack of osteophytes among teenagers, which indicates that osteophytes do increase with age. However, spinal degeneration is not the exclusive preserve of the elderly, which confirms from the side that old age begins with the spine. The spine carries the weight of life The spine is the backbone of the human body, it not only supports the weight, but also dominates many physiological activities of the body. Anyone who knows the structure of the human body knows that the vital organs of the human body are located in the thoracic and abdominal cavities of the trunk, and the spine is the pillar that sustains this structure. In cases of hunchback and scoliosis, the organs of the thoracic and abdominal cavities are more or less affected, resulting in various organ dysfunctions. In addition, all nerves in the human body are related to the spine, either from the spine or through the spine, which is both a commander and a transportation hub, and any small change is enough to cause pathophysiological changes in various organs of the body, which, over time, may lead to organic lesions of various internal organs. Daily life experience also prompted people, the spine supports the weight of life, the tension of modern life, after a hard day, what do you feel most? Back pain! Right? Spinal disease is not only neck, shoulder, back and leg pain For a long time, many people thought that spinal disease refers to neck, shoulder, back and leg pain, clinically divided into cervical spondylosis, thoracic spondylosis (including back pain, hypertrophic spondylitis, rib g god pain, etc.) and lumbar spondylosis (including lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, hypertrophic lumbar spondylitis, third lumbar M protrusion syndrome, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar muscle strain and other acute and chronic lumbar pain) and other major categories. However, this is only spinal disease, and for a long time, the medical profession has only treated spinal disease as a simple disease, and rarely analyzed spinal disease from the perspective of etiology. However, with the progress of medical science, the cause of spinal disease has received more and more attention and attention from the medical profession, and more and more medical workers have devoted themselves to the study of the cause of spinal disease. Over the years, a large number of studies have proven that the causes of many chronic and difficult clinical conditions of unknown origin are spinal in origin, such as neurosis (insomnia, irritability, excessive sweating, anorexia, fatigue, etc.), headache, dizziness, tinnitus (brain dysfunction caused by insufficient blood supply to the basilar artery), frozen shoulder and unexplained chest tightness, palpitations, neurasthenia, etc. are all related to the spine. Spinal etiology is the source of all diseases. Some experts once described the weight of spinal etiology in disease, which may sound exaggerated, but it is true. There are now a large number of cases where more than 100 diseases have been identified as clearly related to spinal etiology. For example, headache, vertigo, tinnitus, insomnia, pseudomyopia, and primary hypertension are associated with cervical spine disease; cardiac arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, gastroduodenal ulcer, functional dyspepsia, and anorexia in children are associated with thoracic spine joint misalignment, while intestinal dysfunction, habitual constipation, diarrhea, impotence, and dysmenorrhea are associated with lumbar spine disease. Recent research advances even indicate that the occurrence of tumors is also closely related to the spine. When suffering from a certain disease that does not heal after normal treatment, it is worth considering whether there is something wrong with the spine? A different approach, a different way of thinking, perhaps the darkness of the sky, and a wide open sea! This shows that taking care of the spine is caring for health! Preventing early or accelerated degeneration of the spine can slow down the aging of the spine and thus prevent many related diseases, which will make young people energetic, middle-aged and elderly people healthy and happy, and prolong their lives!
