Recently, a patient was suffering from wisdom tooth inflammation a month ago and took time off work to have his wisdom teeth extracted. During the preoperative conversation, he said that he had been eager to have his jaw angle repaired, but due to lack of time, he had not been able to do so. In the past, the jaw angle repair and face slimming were done separately, but not at the same time as the wisdom tooth extraction. Considering this request of the patient, after discussion, it was considered feasible. When our doctor told her that she could consider the mandibular angle revision at the same time as this extraction, she readily agreed. The mandibular angioplasty was completed at the same time as the wisdom tooth extraction, and the surgery went smoothly and she was discharged as scheduled. The patient was satisfied and said happily that having a slimming surgery at the same time as wisdom tooth extraction was a light reaction, just like tooth extraction, which not only saved time and cost of leave, but also reduced the need for family members to accompany her, which was a multi-benefit.
