When hypertension suddenly becomes normal blood pressure, the following cases are considered: 1. Some patients’ blood pressure rises due to emotional excitement, excessive anxiety and other factors that cause a transient increase in blood pressure. 2. Patients with pheochromocytoma may also show a paroxysmal increase in blood pressure. If the patient is obese, after lifestyle interventions such as weight loss and exercise, the blood pressure will be reduced to normal and no antihypertensive medication will be needed.
