The manifestations of gastric ulcer include the following aspects: 1. stomach pain, which is usually manifested in the upper abdomen and can occur 1-2 hours after meals; 2. some patients can have irregular pain and can have symptoms such as upper abdominal distension and discomfort, burping and belching; 3. some patients can directly manifest with ulcer bleeding, i.e. sudden vomiting of blood and black stool, usually mainly in the elderly. Gastric ulcers have more triggers, with Helicobacter pylori infection being the most common, and can be caused by mental stress and irregular diet.
