What are the precautions for H. pylori eradication?

With the further recognition of Hp infection as an infectious disease, more and more people are demanding the eradication of Hp, and the Kyoto Consensus of Japan is demanding that if there is one, it should be killed, otherwise there will be endless problems, and the problem of drug resistance is becoming more and more serious! With the understanding that the first sterilization is very important, a brief explanation of the timing of drug administration and precautions in the drug administration process is given. First of all, advocate quadruple sterilization, proton pump inhibitors (PPI, including omeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole, rabeprazole, esomeprazole either) + bismuth + 2 antibiotics, antibiotics preferred amoxicillin + furazolidone (cheap and not easily resistant, easy allergy and kidney function abnormalities need to be used with caution, amoxicillin need penicillin skin test), the medication course 10- Secondly, there is a time to take the medication, PPI and bismuth are taken more than half an hour before meals (antibiotics work only when the PH in the stomach is increased), antibiotics are taken immediately after meals to reduce their side effects; finally, some people may experience stomach discomfort, nausea and vomiting, reduced appetite, weakness, yellow urine, black stool (the color of bismuth), individual may lead to liver and kidney function damage If there are serious adverse reactions, such as fever, generalized aches and pains, neuritis, generalized rash, exfoliative dermatitis or even shock, it is necessary to stop the drug as soon as possible and seek medical attention. After 1 month of discontinuation of the drug (no antibiotics during this period), the breath test will be repeated on an empty stomach to determine whether Hp is eradicated successfully. Some patients cannot be eradicated once, and may need multiple treatments. The problem of drug resistance is becoming more and more significant, so we hope to pay special attention to the first treatment to minimize the occurrence of drug resistance, and also reduce unnecessary medical treatment for individuals.
