Can you blow air conditioning after heat stroke?

Rapid cooling is the basis of treatment, and rapid cooling determines the patient’s prognosis. Transfer the patient to a well-ventilated low-temperature environment, remove clothes, and massage the skin and muscles at the same time to promote heat dissipation. For patients without deficiency, a cold water bath or ice bath is used to rapidly cool the body by immersing the patient’s body (except the head) in as much cold water as possible at 2.0-14.0°C. The water is constantly stirred to keep the skin surface cold and ice cubes wrapped in wet towels are placed around the top of the head. This method can lower the body temperature from 43.3°C to below 40.0°C within 20 minutes. Evaporative cooling is used to cool the deficient person, such as repeatedly wiping the skin with cold water at 15°C, using an electric fan or air conditioner. Stop cooling the body temperature when it drops to 39℃.
