The pathological diagnosis of breast cancer is the same as all tumor diagnosis, through tissue biopsy and taking pathological information of tumor biology, the conventional means are: 1. fine needle aspiration cytology: aspiration is the cytological aspect of diagnosis for reference; 2. histological aspiration: histological aspiration is commonly done with coarse needles and hollow needles, or even minimally invasive rotary biopsy, through histological aspiration later for pathological diagnosis; 3. intraoperative freezing: the tumor is cut out during surgery and quickly frozen for pathological biopsy. 3.
