Infantile vaginitis occurs mostly in young girls between the ages of 2 and 9 years and is a common condition in female infants and children. Because vaginitis is often accompanied by vulvovaginitis, it is often referred to as infantile vulvovaginitis. Prevention methods are as follows: 1. Widely promote proper hygiene education and advocate that children wear full-crotch pants as early as possible. 2. 2. Avoid wearing tight-fitting and chemical fiber clothing and pants. Wash your hands before and after meals and urinate and wipe properly (from front to back) to avoid fecal contamination of the vulva or urine erosion of the vulva. 4. For recurrent inflammation, bacterial culture and intestinal parasite examination should be done and the possibility of vaginal foreign body should be excluded. 5.Enhance physical fitness, improve body resistance and reduce the chance of infection.
