Venous thrombosis care

Due to the damage of blood vessel wall, change of blood flow state and blood hypercoagulation state, it is easy to form lower limb deep vein thrombosis. The biggest risk after the formation of lower limb thrombosis is the dislodgement of the thrombus and the formation of lethal pulmonary embolism, so the care mainly includes the following aspects: 1. To prevent the dislodgement of the thrombus, the patient must be instructed to forbid to go down to the ground, the acute phase of the thrombus is easy to dislodge, the acute phase occurs in the first 2 weeks of the thrombus, so try to instruct the patient to forbid to go down to the ground and bed for activities. 2. The patient can eat an easy-to-digest, low-fat, high-fiber diet to improve the patient’s symptoms. 5. When the patient uses thrombolytic and anticoagulant drugs, make sure to observe whether the patient has skin mucosal bleeding spots and whether there is bleeding from other parts.
