How to treat cerebral blood supply deficiency caused by hypertension

Hypertension causes cerebral blood supply deficiency, mainly given to lower blood pressure, improve cerebral blood supply and soften blood vessels treatment. Blood pressure lowering drugs are mainly used clinically as long-acting preparations, such as levamlodipine, amlodipine besylate, valsartan and irbesartan, to stabilize the patient’s blood pressure and prevent the blood pressure from going up and down, damaging the intima of blood vessels, causing stiffness of the vessel wall and narrowing of the lumen and causing insufficient blood supply to the brain. In patients with cerebral insufficiency, the main cause is atherosclerosis, followed by vascular spasm, and the main triggering factors for atherosclerosis include hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia. If the patient also has hyperlipidemia, statins should be given, such as simvastatin and resevastatin to regulate lipid and stabilize plaque; if the patient has elevated blood glucose, blood glucose should be actively regulated, and metformin treatment is preferred.
