Pre-Cerebral Thrombosis Symptoms and Treatment

Pre-cerebral thrombosis symptoms are transient ischemic attack, which may present with symptoms such as limb motor and sensory disorders, aphasia, ataxia, vertigo, etc. Its treatments mainly include medication, interventional therapy, and control of risk factors therapy.
Transient ischemic attack is a transient neurological dysfunction due to local ischemia of the brain, spinal cord and retina, with a sudden onset and short duration, which can be repeated in stereotyped episodes and can be completely relieved, usually lasting from a few minutes to an hour, with most of them lasting for 2 to 15 minutes. It can be manifested as episodic limb motor and sensory deficits, aphasia, ataxia, vertigo and other symptoms.
1. Drug therapy: use of anti-platelet aggregation drugs, such as aspirin, clopidogrel and plaque stabilizing drugs, such as atorvastatin. For patients caused by cardiogenic embolism, give anticoagulation therapy, such as warfarin, rivaroxaban and so on. Atipase thrombolysis, bacitracin for lowering fiber, hydroxyethyl dilatation and other treatments can also be given according to the specific situation.
2. Interventional therapy: If it is caused by large vessel lesions, interventional surgery can be given, such as carotid endarterectomy, stent implantation and so on.
3. Risk factor control treatment: control and treat risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking and obesity.
When pre-cerebral thrombosis symptoms appear, it is necessary to seek medical treatment in time to avoid aggravation of the condition.
Medications should be used under the guidance of a physician, please do not take them on your own.
