For some complicated or serious cases, which account for only a very small number of pediatric visits, it is recommended that you also first go to the pediatric department of your local county hospital, and if he feels unable to treat you, he will give you advice on transferring to a hospital and advise the appropriate hospital. This can reduce a lot of unnecessary trouble. Second, not all doctors in major hospitals are suitable for you. In the major children’s hospitals, they are very detailed, and everyone has their own specialty, and he will get very deep into his area of expertise. However, in general they will lack breadth. For pediatricians in general hospitals, it is the opposite. They will have a broader understanding, and at the same time, they will not be as deep as a specialist who has made one aspect of knowledge. Furthermore, I would like to talk about the pediatrics departments of tertiary care hospitals around the world. They are in between the first two. They have the breadth and at the same time, the knowledge is a little deeper than the smaller hospitals. These hospitals have significantly lower patient counts than the local children’s hospitals, which is clearly at odds with their level. This level of hospital is a pretty good choice. If you follow this principle, patients will be reasonably diverted and pediatric care will not be as difficult as it currently is. Imagine what it would be like to have all the cold and flu patients from all over the country flocking to Beijing Children’s Hospital. Wouldn’t it be difficult to see a doctor? Is not this currently the case! A small cold and fever, run on the Beijing Children’s Hospital and wait for hours, see the doctor only 2 minutes is not very that?
