How long do children usually take sulforaphane?

The time required for the use of cisplatin varies from disease to disease, usually a course of treatment is 3 months, and can be used as a long-term preventive and therapeutic medicine for asthma patients. The drug component of sulforaphane is montelukast sodium, which can improve airway inflammation and control asthma symptoms by inhibiting CysLT1 receptors in the airways. It is usually recommended that long-term medication should be adhered to in both the effective control phase and the worsening phase of pediatric asthma. Usually 3 months is a course of treatment, and asthma assessment is performed every 3 months after taking the medication, and escalation or downgrading treatment is given according to lung function. In addition, the drug can also be used for pediatric allergic rhinitis, which has a rapid onset of action and can usually be considered for discontinuation at any time with the symptoms and under the guidance of a physician. Since pediatric bronchial asthma is prone to recurrence and exacerbation at night, it is recommended to choose oral cisplatin before bedtime to increase the blood concentration of the drug at night and maximize its efficacy.
