What are the post-operative review items for breast cancer?

The first two years after breast cancer surgery is the critical period, so regular review is required every three months. The review includes blood routine, biochemistry, blood tumor markers, electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound, cervical lymph node ultrasound, chest CT, upper abdomen CT, etc. If the breast cancer lesions are large and there are more lymph node metastases, bone scan and cranial MRI should be used to observe whether there are metastases in the brain, bones, etc. In addition, some physical examinations should be performed to help doctors better determine the patient’s condition, such as palpation of the chest, abdomen and spine, and auscultation of the lungs to clarify the presence of some abnormal masses and pathological sounds.
