Fatty liver has been gaining attention in recent years and its causes are related to alcohol, drugs, and high energy diet, obesity, and metabolic disorders. Most patients do not have obvious symptoms. Some patients may have symptoms such as fatigue, poor circulation, right upper abdominal discomfort, abnormal liver function, high blood lipids, ultrasound and other imaging tests or liver puncture biopsy may indicate the presence of fatty liver. Simple fatty liver can develop into steatohepatitis and then gradually develop into cirrhosis, especially the cirrhosis caused by alcoholic fatty liver has a certain relationship with liver cancer. Therefore, a healthy lifestyle with reasonable diet, exercise and no alcohol abuse is what we advocate.
