Duration of disease: 9 days to 2 years, average 52 days. There were 67 cases of flexor tenosynovitis and 19 cases of stenosing tenosynovitis of the radial tuberosity.112 Treatment (1) Local closure: 10 mg of Trenbolone Acetate A injection and 2% lidocaine 2 ml were used for local closure injection once a week. (2) Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation: start traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the second day after local closure. Composition: 30g of Bone-setting herb, 30g of Cordyceps Sinensis, 20g of Sambucus, 15g of Safflower, 10g of Thornybush, 10g of Fenghuang, 15g of Papaya, 25g of Mugwort, 20g of Sichuan peppercorns, 15g of Neem Ziziphi, 25 min of boiling water, fumigation and then washing, each time for 30 min, twice a day, 7 days as a course of treatment.113 Efficacy standard Refer to the 1995 edition of the Diagnosis and Efficacy Standard of Chinese Medicine by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and take into consideration the results of the treatment. According to the theory of transdermal absorption of drugs, the heated drugs activate and atomize into molecular particles, move to the surface and deep layers of the body, produce a series of thermal and drug effects, promote local metabolism, rapidly remove edema and aseptic inflammation in the lesion area, reduce the excitability of the peripheral nerves, relieve muscle spasm, alleviate pain, and achieve the therapeutic purpose. To summarize, the treatment of tenosynovitis with local closure and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect as the medicinal effect directly reaches the lesion.
