Acupoints: Moisture, Shen Que, Qi Hai, Guan Yuan, Tian Shu, and Hang Zhong for lumbar disc herniation, Yang Ling Quan and Neiguan for foot numbness, and Belt and Vein for sedentary people. Positioning of acupuncture points: Shuifen: located in the upper abdomen, on the front median line, when the umbilicus is 1 inch above the middle.
