Modern people need to pay more attention to health after a long vacation

Health is the element of human survival and development, which belongs to individuals and society. In the past, people generally thought that “health means no disease, and disease means unhealthy”. With the development of science and the change of the times, the modern concept of health tells us that health no longer only means sound limbs, no disease or no weakness, but also requires an intact state of mind in addition to the health of the body itself. People’s spirit, psychological state and behavior have an impact on themselves and others, and even on society. A deeper view of health should also include the normalcy of human psychology, behavior and social moral norms, as well as the perfection of environmental factors. It can be said that the meaning of health is multifaceted and quite broad. The World Health Organization’s definition of health “is a state of physical and mental perfection and good resilience, not merely the absence of disease and infirmity.” This is what people mean by physical and mental health, that is, a person must be physically healthy, mentally healthy, socially well-adjusted and morally healthy to be a completely healthy person. WHO has recently announced the health standards for people in the 21st century: 1. have sufficient energy to cope with daily life with ease. 2.Have good living habits, good rest and good sleep. 3.Have strong resilience, can adapt to various changes in different environments. 4.Have a good physical fitness, can resist general colds and infectious diseases. 5.Have a well-proportioned body, not overweight, and a coordinated head-shoulder-hip position when standing. 6.Have bright eyes, with sharp reactions and no inflammation of eyelids. 7.Have clean teeth, no pain, normal color of gums, no bleeding. 8.Have good quality hair, shiny and shining, no dandruff. 9.Have elastic skin, plump muscles, and feel easy to walk. 10.Have good psychological quality, not overly nervous in the face of various pressures. According to the results of the global survey conducted by the World Health Organization based on the above criteria, 5% of the population really meet the definition of health and achieve health standards; about 20% of the population are patients who need medical treatment; the remaining 75% of the population are in a transitional state between health and disease, called subhealth. Most of the patients in sub-healthy state are between 20 and 45 years old, and the highest percentage of them are working people engaged in business management, commercial activities and civil servants. Subhealth is a state of low physiological function between health and disease, also called gray state, which is a process from quantitative to qualitative change. Subhealth is a state without organic lesions, but with functional changes. Subhealth and AIDS can be considered to go hand in hand, and their hazards cannot be ignored and should be given great attention. The manifestation of subhealth is “one more and three less”. The “one more” refers to fatigue, and the “three less” are memory loss, vitality loss, and adaptability loss. But if there is a state of sub-health, you should not blindly think that you are weak and need to recuperate, so the idea of vacation. After the long vacation, because the holiday is very slack, life has lost its original regularity, and many people who rejoin the work appear tired, lethargic, can not be interested in the “long vacation syndrome”. This is not due to work, but due to too much rest and caused by the phenomenon. Intense work can exclude people’s sense of loneliness, loneliness and sadness, bring people fullness and joy, and thus keep people in a good mood. Therefore, you should not indulge yourself too much in a long vacation, leading to a life out of order and making it impossible to recover after a long vacation. There can be a short trip during the vacation to relax in the adjacent scenic area, but at least two days need to be left to give yourself an adjustment in order to re-accept the intense work after the vacation.
