Infertility is a serious reproductive health event among population problems and a multidisciplinary and difficult disease. After consultation, the etiology is categorized into five major categories after the initial screening diagnosis of the infertile couple: 1) female ovulation disorders; 2) pelvic pathology; 3) male infertility; 4) immune factors; and 5) unexplained infertility. General history, including history of marriage and childbirth, menstrual history, past medical history, family history and treatment history; general physical examination, including height, body mass index, developmental and nutritional status, skin and extremities; comprehensive assessment of heart and mental status, social factors and living environment.
