Which department do I need to see for faecal incontinence?

Usually go to the anorectal surgery department, and when accompanied by severe diarrhoea and abdominal pain, you can go to the gastroenterology department.
In addition, when fecal incontinence is secondary to vaginal delivery, you should see an obstetrician and gynaecologist; when fecal incontinence is secondary to diabetes, you should see an endocrinologist; and for patients with dementia or Parkinson’s disease, you can see a neurologist.
