Rapamycin in oncology patients

Recently, I attended the International Liver Transplantation Conference in Spain, where there were many speeches and debates on liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma, mainly on the issue of criteria for liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma, which is a cliché. The concluding remarks at the end of the discussion concluded that although it has been reported that the application of rapamycin in tumor patients may reduce the chance of tumor recurrence, there are no exact and reliable results to confirm this. Therefore, it is not currently recommended internationally to emphasize the use of rapamycin in patients with liver cancer liver transplantation.
