How do you treat patients with bleeding?

How to save a brain hemorrhage patient? Cerebral hemorrhage is a relatively common disease in our daily life, and is very harmful to patients, rescue cerebral hemorrhage patients if not correct, may be life-threatening, then we will introduce how to rescue cerebral hemorrhage patients, take a look! How to save brain hemorrhage patients First of all, the family should not panic, you can let the patient lie down, the room should be kept quiet, do not move the patient frequently. If the patient is unconscious, pay attention to keep the airway open, such as untie the collar, loosen the belt, remove the dentures, remove the vomit and secretions in the mouth; do not feed the patient water, medicine, so as not to choke or inhale foreign bodies. Secondly, it is advisable to make preparations before transferring to the hospital. It is better to ask the doctor at the health station or medical office to measure the blood pressure and observe the pupils, heart rate, respiration and pulse; if the condition is critical, appropriate treatment must be given before transferring. Third, when transporting a patient, it is best for three people to cooperate with each other. One person should hold up the patient’s head and shoulders, another should lift the waist and hips, and the third person should lift the lower limbs and carry the patient onto the stretcher. When transferring, the horizontal position should be adopted, i.e. keeping the head and trunk always in a zigzag shape. Otherwise, due to the influence of position change and the effect of gravity, blood is prone to flow in the brain tissue, which can be troublesome if it invades into important structures that are related to life. For example, cerebellar hemorrhage can break into the smaller volume of the fourth ventricle, and the accumulated blood in the fourth ventricle can easily compress the brainstem and worsen the condition and cause sudden death. When moving the patient, especially avoid lifting the head high, so as not to make the blood flow under the effect of gravity, further compressing the brain tissue and inducing life-threatening brain herniation (i.e., the brain tissue expands into the intracerebral space or orifice and is severely compressed and damaged). When transferring, it is best to ask the emergency center to send an ambulance to transport the patient, so that the patient can lie flat in the car and be attended by the doctor accompanying the car. If an ambulance is not available, a flatbed truck or tricycle can be used to transport the patient, but special attention should be paid to protect the patient’s head along the way to prevent violent shaking and vibration. Patients who are unconscious and vomiting, head should be turned to the side to facilitate the flow of vomit from the mouth to avoid blocking the respiratory tract and causing asphyxia. For those who have difficulty breathing, it is advisable to use oxygen bags to give oxygen inhalation. In the winter season on the road, but also to do a good job of warmth around the body. If the patient is still clear, it is advisable for family members to accompany the patient to do some guidance and persuasion to reduce their mental and psychological stress as much as possible. It goes without saying that excessive stress is very detrimental to the condition. Finally, it should be pointed out that patients with cerebral hemorrhage should not be transported long distances, which is a lesson learned from the blood and lives of many people. Brain hemorrhage is critical and must be treated quickly; moreover, brain hemorrhage is a common disease, multi-morbidity, the general medical units have rich experience and good conditions for rescuing this kind of disease; in the current level of medical care, regardless of large and small hospitals, the means of saving brain hemorrhage are basically similar, so there is no need to superstitiously believe in large hospitals and specialist hospitals, to seek far away, but easy to misunderstand.
