In recent years, breast cancer has become a veritable high-risk killer for Chinese women. With the improvement of living standard, most women are having their menarche earlier, which leads to the early development of breast gland, and the incidence of breast cancer is becoming younger and increasing year by year. The threat to life, physical and mental disabilities and the discomfort brought by radiotherapy and chemotherapy make breast cancer patients suffer a lot. Therefore, how to detect and prevent breast cancer at an early stage has become the most important issue for women nowadays. The precursors of breast cancer include the following five aspects: 1. Small, painless, single lump in the breast, mostly located in the outer upper quadrant of the breast. 2. 2. Changes in the shape of the breast, some breast surface skin depression, some local edema, forming “orange peel-like” changes, the breast epidermis may appear dark red, broken. 3. The lump inside the breast is fixed on the top of the chest wall and cannot be easily pushed, or it may bulge out of the skin surface. 4.The nipple may appear upturned, sunken, or fissured, and in the advanced stage, it may become erosion, rupture or overflow. 5. The axillary lymph nodes are enlarged and hard, and can be felt in the clavicle in the advanced stage. Causes I: Changes in hormone levels. Irregular and unscientific eating habits, such as frequent consumption of high-fat and fried foods, make women’s physical quality decline. There are also some beauty-loving women who take estrogen supplements without doctor’s guidance in order to become younger and prettier, all of which increase the risk of breast cancer in young women. Causes 2: Excessive mental stress. High mental stress is a major cause of breast cancer in women. Modern women, more and more, are involved in the fierce social competition. They often stay up late and work overtime, drink coffee or smoke in order to refresh themselves, and staying up late, drinking coffee and smoking will increase the risk of breast cancer in women. Trigger 3: Late marriage, late childbirth and less breastfeeding. After women give birth, proper breastfeeding can keep the breast glands open, which has a preventive effect on the occurrence of breast cancer. Some women only give birth and do not breastfeed, or breastfeed for a short time, or breastfeed with only one breast. The incidence of breast cancer in this part of the population is higher than that of women who breastfeed normally. The older a woman is at her first marriage, the higher the incidence of breast disease. Women should let nature take its course and marry and have children at the right age. Breastfeeding can reduce the risk of breast cancer. Trigger 4: Repeated abortions. Normal abortion does not increase the risk of breast cancer, but repeated abortions, or multiple abortions before the age of 18, can predispose to breast cancer. Trigger 5: Poor quality of sex life. Breast disease and sex life are closely related. It is reported that 86% of women with lobular hyperplasia of the breast have never reached orgasm during sex. A regular and harmonious sex life helps women’s hormone secretion balance and reduces the risk of breast cancer. Trigger 6: Long-term use of contraceptives or breast enlargement products. Birth control pills and breast enlargement products contain estrogen. Excessive intake of estrogen will interfere with the normal level of hormones in the body, causing endocrine disruption and damage to the breast. What are the precursors and triggers of breast cancer are found, then how to effectively prevent the occurrence of breast cancer, so that women are both healthy and proud of their body? Note: 1. Raise the awareness of self-care, reasonable diet and regular work and rest. 2. 2. Insist on breastfeeding; 3. Keep an open mind and avoid depression and anger in life and work. These are all essential factors to prevent and reduce the occurrence of breast cancer. In addition, research shows that the occurrence of breast cancer is directly related to the long-term abnormal stimulation of the breast by endocrine hormones. Therefore, women must raise their awareness of reproductive maintenance in their daily life, maintain their ovaries scientifically and keep their endocrine balance in order to avoid such problems from the root.
